KUWAIT CITY, May 13: The Public Prosecution has issued orders for the detention of a military personnel member, who stands accused of unlawfully possessing a firearm and its ammunition and menacing a female primary school teacher in the Rumaithiya area.
In a press release, the Public Prosecution confirmed that the accused has been interrogated and presented with the charges against him. Additionally, it has directed that he undergo an examination by the General Department of Criminal Evidence to assess the firearm and its ammunition. Investigation procedures are currently underway.
