Kuwait Municipality ramps up enforcement against property encroachments.

KUWAIT CITY, May 16: Fahd Al-Muwaizri, Head of the Violations Removal Department at the Farwaniya Governorate Municipality Branch, revealed the outcomes of recent field inspections aimed at enforcing regulations on state property encroachments. Conducted under the direct supervision of Branch Director Engineer Mubarak Al-Ajmi, these inspections led to the issuance of 13 warnings to cafes operating without proper licenses or exceeding license limits in the Khaitan area.

In a coordinated effort, the Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality announced heightened inspection campaigns across all governorates to address encroachments in investment and commercial zones. Directed by Engineer Saud Al-Dabbous, Director General of Kuwait Municipality, these initiatives aim to uphold regulatory standards and deter violators from flouting municipal regulations.

The regulatory agencies urge violators to swiftly rectify infractions to avoid legal penalties. Compliance with municipal regulations is emphasized as essential for maintaining public safety and order within Kuwait's urban areas.
