KUWAIT CITY, Dec 5, (KUNA): The Steering Committee of the Khaleeji Zain 26, led by Minister of Information Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, is making significant strides in its preparations for the event, ensuring all aspects are moving forward smoothly.

In a statement following its 15th meeting on Thursday, the committee confirmed that Minister Al-Mutairi, who also serves as Minister of Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, emphasized the need to intensify efforts across all working committees to ensure the championship runs without any issues.

The committee reviewed the progress of various sub-committees, focusing on key areas such as the readiness of the stadiums and other logistical arrangements, stressing the importance of completing all preparations ahead of time.

Additionally, members of the committee were presented with a visual plan by Zain, the official sponsor of the tournament, outlining its marketing and entertainment strategies, including the creation of a mural. The committee also approved an initiative by Al-Wafra Real Estate Company to set up a “Fan Zone” in Sharq Market, alongside the existing fan zones created by Zain.The committee's ongoing efforts reflect its commitment to hosting a flawless Khaleeji Zain 26.
