Strict mid-job attendance compliance eyed

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: The Ministry of Education (MoE) has reinforced the requirement for all school administration employees to follow the ‘three fingerprints’ system for daily attendance, reports Al-Seyassah daily. In this regard, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for General Education, Mansour Al-Dhafiri, has issued a directive emphasizing the importance of adhering to this system in line with the previously approved bulletin that outlines the official working hours for employees in the Ministry’s General Office, educational districts, and schools.

Al-Dhafiri has urged schools to ensure strict compliance with fingerprint attendance each day. In cases where fingerprint devices malfunction, schools may temporarily use attendance reports until the issue is resolved by the Information Systems Department. He also stressed the cancellation of any procedures that conflict with the established instructions from the Assistant Undersecretary for General Education.
