KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: The Security and Safety Department of the Public Authority for Applied Education, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior’s Capital Rescue Operations, successfully identified the vehicle driver’s identity and location. He was subsequently arrested and referred to the relevant authorities for legal proceedings. In an official statement, the Authority emphasized that all individuals involved in the fight would be referred to the appropriate disciplinary committees according to student conduct regulations, which may include penalties such as expulsion. The Authority’s management reaffirmed its strong opposition to such incidents, stating that they have no place in an academic environment. It also assured that its departments and staff are committed to ensuring a safe and suitable atmosphere for all students.
