Suspicious Activity Near School Leads To Arrest Of Bedoun

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26: As part of ongoing security efforts by the Public Security personnel in the Special Tasks Company, a patrol unit encountered a suspicious situation early in the morning while monitoring an area within the governorate. The officers noticed a vehicle driver acting suspiciously near a school parking lot, while his friends were filming and encouraging him. This prompted the security personnel to activate their flashlights and approach the scene.

The source added that the "offender" fled at high speed, prompting the patrol officers to request backup and pursue him. He was eventually apprehended in the Taima area after the roads were blocked off. Even after being stopped, the suspect attempted to escape but was subdued after resisting arrest.

Further investigation revealed that the "offender" was a Bedoun and that the vehicle he was driving had no license plates. A full report of the incident was filed, and the suspect was taken into police custody. The vehicle was impounded, and the case was referred to the traffic court.
