SAN PABLO CITY, Laguna, Nov 26, (Agencies): On the morning of Nov 25, tragedy struck in Barangay Del Remedio as a 62-year-old Taiwanese individual fell victim to a fatal shooting outside a local restaurant.

The victim, identified as Hsein Chien Chang and a resident of Barangay Del Remedio, was standing at approximately 7:03 am when two assailants on a motorcycle arrived at the scene. In a sinister turn of events, one of the perpetrators posed as a Liquefied Petroleum Gas delivery agent and approached Mr Chang. Without warning, the imposter brandished a firearm, firing a single shot directly at the victim's face.

Following the callous act, the assailants swiftly fled the scene, leaving Mr Chang in critical condition. Emergency services rushed the victim to the San Pablo City District Hospital, where, tragically, he was declared dead.

In response to this heinous crime, local law enforcement has initiated a manhunt to track down and apprehend the suspects responsible for the untimely death of Hsein Chien Chang. The investigation into this shocking incident is ongoing as authorities work to bring justice to the grieving community.
