KUWAIT CITY, Dec 10: KFH Deputy General Manager Digital Transformation, Tareq Al-Ajeel said that global investments in digitization reached $3 trillion, while digitized transactions totaled approximately $20 trillion in 2020.

He noted that KFH is pursuing a strategy to expand its role and market share in the global growth of digital transactions and e-products and services, which are now essential components of modern business operations worldwide.

During KFH's participation in the NEXUS - Kuwait 2024, a premier technology and innovation event in Kuwait, Al-Ajeel emphasized that the digital economy is now the main driver of the global economy. He highlighted that banks and companies are focused on upgrading their technological infrastructure and prioritizing digitization for new product and service launches.

He explained that KFH is steadfast in its strategy of supporting digitization and innovation to facilitate comprehensive digital transformation and attain a globally advanced position, in accordance with the state's plans and Kuwait Vision 2035.

Al-Ajeel that Investing in digitization is a forward-thinking choice. By launching advanced digital products and services, businesses can increase profit margins and operational efficiency, reduce costs, and expand their market share. Additionally, digitization enhances efficiency, productivity, and customer loyalty by elevating the banking experience.
