SCOTLAND, June 10: Taylor Swift continues to prioritize her fans’ wellbeing during her Eras Tour. The 34-year-old pop star interrupted her latest show in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Saturday, June 8, four times to urge stadium staff to assist a struggling section of the crowd.

While performing “All Too Well,” Swift paused between lyrics to call for help, saying, “We need some help over there please,” as seen in a video posted to TikTok. The footage showed her maintaining the song while keeping an eye on the distressed area. Despite her initial call, Swift had to repeat her plea multiple times, expressing urgency each time. “I still don’t see any help over there,” she remarked, noting the lack of response from the staff.

This incident followed a similar situation the previous night during her first show in Edinburgh. Swift had stopped her performance of a surprise mashup of “Would’ve Could’ve Should’ve” and “I Know Places” to highlight another audience member in need of assistance. She made it clear the show would not go on until help arrived, persistently pointing out the individual in distress.

Swift’s dedication to her fans’ safety and comfort is well-known. Members of NEEDTOBREATHE, who supported her on her 2010 Speak Now tour, recalled her commitment. “Honestly, we learned a ton [and what] everybody says about her is true,” Bear Rinehart, 43, told Us Weekly at CMA Fest. “She cares a lot. She’s the most professional. The first time we saw her, she’s doing soundcheck with nobody in the arena, acting like there are people. We’re all looking at each other like, ‘This is the weirdest thing we’ve ever seen.’”

Rinehart added, “Then you get to appreciate it as you go. The commitment she gives the audience and the way she cares about fans—that’s why she is who she is.”
