KUWAIT CITY: Astronomer Al-Marzouq warned citizens and expatriates to wear winter clothes to guard against severely cold weather the country is expected to observe in the coming days, adding the temperature is likely to drop below 2 degrees Celsius and people who are advanced in age are advised to avoid outings, particularly in the evening, reports Al-Anba daily.
Speaking to the daily, Al-Marzouq noted the expected low temperature is due to active south westerly winds with speed of 15-25 km/h.
