KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: The Public Authority for Roads and Transportation (PART) announced on Tuesday that, in cooperation with the General Traffic Department, two lanes on the Fifth Ring Road will be temporarily closed for five hours over two days. The closures will affect vehicles traveling from Salmiya towards Jahra, starting from the intersection of the Fifth Ring Road with Airport Road (55).
The left lane and the second express lane will be closed from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
