KUWAIT CITY, Dec 27: The Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport, in collaboration with the General Traffic Department, has declared the initiation of a detour on the Second Ring Road, specifically in the vicinity of the Mansouriya and Al-Qadisiya area. This diversion aims to facilitate the establishment of final roads and services in the area, as per the outlined plan. The diversion is scheduled to commence at dawn on Friday, Dec 29. Additionally, PART has issued a notice regarding the temporary closure of Al-Ghazali Street in both directions for four hours each day (from one in the morning until five in the morning) today, tomorrow, and Thursday.
