KUWAIT CITY, Jan 25: In a step towards reducing expenditures and controlling the appointment of workers, the ministers in the new government formation have responded to the request of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to end the use of the expertise of consultants in the ministries, agencies and bodies affiliated with them, after they had previously been approved by CSC based on the requests of members of the previous government, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to informed sources from CSC, all members of the new government have already terminated the services of the consultants working for them, in preparation for appointing new consultants or using again the services of those whose services have been terminated with new consultancy contracts.
