KUWAIT CITY, March 31: Forensic technicians were dispatched to the Mutlaa residential area to collect evidence to identify unidentified thieves who stole galvanized rods belonging to the Ministry of Electricity. The case has been classified as a felony involving theft through unusual means.
According to the details, an engineer from the Ministry of Electricity, residing in the Qurtuba area, reported the incident. Acting on behalf of the ministry, he informed authorities that a ministry-owned site near N1 in Mutlaa had been robbed. The stolen items included an iron wall and a fence made of galvanized rods. The engineer stated that he was unaware of the exact value of the stolen materials and declined to accuse anyone. The case has been referred to the Jahra Investigations Department for further inquiry.
