KUWAIT CITY, Feb 25: Amid an atmosphere of joy and celebration, flags were raised high, and banners fluttered as a large crowd of citizens and residents gathered. The streets were adorned with decorations and national flags, creating a vibrant scene of pride and festivity on this cherished occasion, which holds deep significance for every citizen and resident of Kuwait.

The Kuwaiti streets, particularly Arabian Gulf Street, were filled with an unmatched sense of joy and excitement, reminiscent of other major national celebrations.

As Kuwait marked the 64th National Day and the 34th anniversary of Liberation Day, the Ministry of Interior personnel demonstrated remarkable dedication to duty, ensuring that the celebrations unfolded in the most organized and beautiful manner.

To maintain security and order, the Ministry deployed 6,800 security personnel across key locations, along with 1,900 traffic patrols to manage the flow of vehicles and ensure public safety. Officers were stationed throughout vital areas to enforce the law and respond firmly to any violations, in line with strict directives to address any misconduct during the national festivities.

At the same time, security forces operated with a sense of vigilance and responsibility, offering humanitarian assistance, particularly to the elderly and individuals with special needs.

The grand celebrations culminated at 7:30 PM at Al Shaheed Park, where the night sky over Kuwait dazzled with a breathtaking fireworks and drone show, marking a spectacular conclusion to National Day festivities.
