Beyoncé and Tina Knowles.

LOS ANGELES, Nov 29, (Agencies): Tina Knowles is not tolerating negativity today. Following the world premiere of Beyoncé's dynamic new look for "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Los Angeles, the singer has faced unfounded speculation about skin-whitening.

Taking to her Instagram, Tina defended her daughter by sharing a fan-made video featuring Beyoncé set to her GRAMMY-winning single, "Brown Skin Girl."

"Stumbled upon this gem today and felt compelled to share it, especially after witnessing ignorant, self-hating, racist comments about her—accusations of lightening her skin and wearing platinum hair to mimic whiteness," Tina's caption began. "In her film 'Renaissance,' the entire theme revolves around silver—silver hair, a silver carpet, and suggested silver attire. Yet, some choose to interpret it as skin bleaching? How disheartening that even some within her own community perpetuate this narrative with hate and jealousy."
