KUWAIT CITY, Sep 8: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry shut down a tire service shop on Sunday for manipulating production dates on tires. In a statement, the ministry revealed that the shop had been changing the manufacturing dates of tires, a practice that endangers consumers' safety, as these products are crucial to vehicle performance and safety. The Ministry emphasized that such illegal actions would not be tolerated and assured the public that it would continue to intensify monitoring efforts to ensure that businesses comply with established quality standards and technical specifications.
