KUWAIT CITY, March 17: The acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs Dr. Khaled Al-Ajmi revealed that the Kuwaitization of supervisory positions in cooperative societies will soon begin. He explained that recruitment will not involve human intervention but will instead be based on tests conducted by Kuwait University. The individual who achieves the highest score will be offered the position. In a press statement issued on the sidelines of the Arab Orphan Day 2025, Al-Ajmi stated that the test will be worth 90 points, with a 10-point personal interview. He affirmed that the aim of preventing human intervention is to ensure neutrality and transparency throughout the recruitment process
