KUWAIT CITY, Feb 3: The Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector has called on Kuwaitis and expats to strictly adhere to traffic regulations during the "Ya Hala" celebration at Al Shaheed Park. In a statement, the sector emphasized the importance of following designated parking arrangements and avoiding violations such as parking on sidewalks or stopping on roads to take pictures.
Attendees are urged to:
