KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: Personnel from the Salmiya police station have arrested two people for being in a state of drug abuse and possessing narcotics in addition to one of them with a criminal record. The Al-Seyassah daily said the incident happened on the Arabian Gulf Street. The suspect was initially arrested for deliberately stopping the vehicle in the middle of the road and harassing other motorists.
