KUWAIT CITY, Aug 10: Two expatriates were detained—one 39 yr old and the other 28 years old in connection with stealing Diesel which has been classified as a misdemeanor case. Authorities are currently assessing the extent of the thefts committed by the expatriates before their arrest.
According to a security source, officers from the General Department of Facilities Security in the Rawdatayn Section reported that they observed two bus drivers who had turned off their vehicle lights and were stealing inside the Rawdatayn field at Spring No. 281, located 2 km northwest of Center 30. Upon inspection, traces of suspected diesel theft were found, including a pipe installed in the tank and a hose used to drain diesel from the spring. Additionally, there was a shortage of approximately 200 to 300 liters in the well tank.
