KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: The Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Abdullah Al-Asimi, sentenced two Iranians and a Bedoun resident to death for the trafficking of 160 kilograms of hashish. During a previous open session, the defendants confessed to bringing the drugs by sea from Abadan, Iran, aboard a cruiser that they had rented from local fishermen in Abadan. The defendants attempted to dispose of the drugs, but were apprehended by drug enforcement officers before they could carry out their plan.
