LONDON, Jan 12: Britain on Wednesday reported 398 deaths linked to COVID-19, the largest single-day toll the country has seen in nearly a year, health ministry data showed. Some 128,587 more people tested positive for the virus in the same period, continuing a record wave of new cases driven by the more transmissible Omicron variant, according to government figures(KUNA)
