Over 2.5 million citizens and residents have completed their biometric fingerprint registration.

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: The Ministry of Interior has emphasized the importance of completing biometric fingerprint registration for all citizens and residents before the set deadlines. Citizens must complete their registration by September 30, while expatriates have until December 31.

Major Shaheen Al-Gharib of the Security Media Department at the Ministry stated to Al-Akhbar Channel, warning that failure to comply with the fingerprint requirement will lead to the suspension of transactions at the Ministry of Interior and all related government agencies.

Major Al-Gharib noted that biometric fingerprint centers are available across all governorates and complexes. As of now, over 2.5 million individuals, including citizens, residents, and Gulf citizens, have completed their registration.
