According to a source from the Fire Force, a report of a vehicle fire in the middle of the Fourth Ring Road prompted traffic police to completely close the road toward Salmiya the day before yesterday. The closure remained in effect until firefighters from Hawalli successfully extinguished the flames, which had caused extensive damage to the vehicle. Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire may have been caused by an electrical short circuit or a radiator running out of water.
