Veteran Players Committee proposes an exhibition between Gulf & Kuwait Legends

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24: The Arabian Gulf Cup Football Federation announced that the inaugural committee of veteran players has proposed an exhibition match featuring "Gulf Legends vs. Kuwait Legends" during the Arabian Gulf Cup (Gulf 26), set to take place in Kuwait next December. In a statement, the federation revealed that the committee convened in Doha, Qatar, alongside the draw for the Gulf Champions League for f clubs. The meeting included numerous Gulf football stars who contributed significantly to Gulf Cup tournaments.

The statement also noted the official formation of the first committee for veteran players who participated in Gulf Cup tournaments, underscoring the federation's appreciation for these stars who have thrilled fans with their achievements. Qatari star Hassan Matar Al-Suwaidi has been appointed as the committee's head.
