KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: At a Starbucks in Al-Nuzha, an incident unfolded when a 21 yr old driver of a white jeep recklessly cut off the white jeep. The encounter was captured on video. Subsequently, the young woman in black jeep involved visited the Al-Fayhaa police station to lodge a formal complaint against the white jeep driver. Following this, the driver was called in for questioning and an inquiry, he was released once the investigation concluded.
