KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: Three police officers from the Ministry of Interior sustained minor injuries while breaking up a knife fight that broke out between two Bedouns in Jahra. According to security sources, an elderly woman called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior to report that her son and his friend were fighting using a knife inside her home. When security men arrived at the house, they encountered violent resistance and sustained wounds and bruises. The suspects were brought under control and investigations revealed that the fight occurred due to drug use. The two suspects were detained pending an investigation into cases of fighting, resisting security men, and assaulting public employees while on duty.
