KUWAIT CITY, Nov 30: A bus driver, featured in a widely circulated video violating traffic rules and endangering lives, has been arrested by the traffic police. The Ministry of Interior has confirmed that appropriate legal actions have been initiated against the driver, and the bus involved has been seized and placed in the traffic detention garage.
