KUWAIT CITY, Dec 31: The Ministry of Interior, through the General Department of Security Relations and Media, has urged citizens and expats to cooperate with security forces and promptly report any information regarding the whereabouts of the accused, Talal Hamed Al Shammari, an illegal resident (Bedoun) with multiple cases against him. He was last seen driving a 2008 silver GMC Yukon Denali, with license plate number 9947/23.
The Ministry emphasized that the accused is armed and poses a significant threat, urging the public to exercise caution and avoid any direct interaction with him. It called on anyone with relevant information to immediately contact the emergency number 112, in order to assist in his swift arrest and ensure public safety.
