The bank’s participation in “Watheefti” for the third consecutive year is a continuation of our efforts to attract the national youth with best skills and talents while providing them with opportunities for creativity, innovation, and the ability to further develop their careers. This reflects positively on the internal work environment and in line with the strategy that reflects a client-centric approach.

Al-Rasheed added that such job fairs represent an important opportunity for young graduates to develop and enhance their job skills and improve their career opportunities by creating an exceptional work environment to attract the best national talents, to match the current banking sector requirements.

Al-Rasheed also pointed out that one of the main pillars of the institution is communicating with new graduates, who possess creative ideas and promising talents for the private sector and can further enhance bank performance and meet their personal aspirations. This will lead to strong competitive results on both the local and regional levels.

Al-Rasheed concluded by saying: “Warba places its employees at the core of its foundation and considers them a primary engine for continuous success, which Warba Bank strives to achieve. It does this through reliance on an integrated set of programs and training plans that the bank seeks to implement with the best global institutions. Additionally, this will enable building groups of specialised experts, reflecting positively on the quality of work and improving the quality of services provided to clients.”

Al-Rasheed added: “The bank has been able to position itself today as one of the favourite destinations for fresh graduates who are looking to enter the job market and find a job that aligns with their ambitions.
