Warba launched a new branch at the Ministries Complex

Kuwait City, 23 Oct: Warba Bank announced the opening of its new branch at the Ministries Complex, which was designed according to the latest developments in banking services to provide them in a more practical way. This provides more comfort, ease and speed to the Bank’s clients in light of Warba’s keenness   to let them enjoy a distinctive experience during their visit to any of its branches and receive high and distinguished levels of service.

Abdullah Nasser Al-Shuail, Senior Director of Branch and Private Banking Services at Warba Bank, said, “Launching the Ministries Complex branch is a continuation of the Bank’s plans to develop its branch system spread throughout Kuwait and give clients a distinctive service experience to meet their various needs and help save their time.” Pointing out that the new location was designed to provide distinguished services to clients with ease, while providing sufficient spaces for movement and waiting, so that Warba Bank remains distinguished and capable of developing these branches to keep pace with the continuous development in the banking industry locally and globally.

He added that the Ministries Complex is considered one of the most important vital centers that witness a large attendance of visitors, both citizens and residents of Kuwait, especially since it includes a large group of major ministries that provide key and important services to everyone.

Al-Shuail noted that the plans to open more branches come in line with the expansion of digital banking services provided by the Bank through its various digital channels, stressing that the coming period will witness more banking products and services that will be the first of their kind in Kuwait, as is the custom of Warba Bank in offering its products.

He stressed that the Bank continues to expand in launching more branches, considering that the opening of the Ministries Complex branch represents another addition to the achievements of the Bank in recent years along with the development of its digital services, pointing out that the Bank is also continuing to expand investment in more digital banking services, in addition to its expansion in opening more branches as part of its plans to acquire market shares in various fields.

Al-Shuail concluded his statement by emphasizing that the strategy that the Bank has pursued for years in investing and expanding digital services has confirmed its success and importance in light of the circumstances that Kuwait and the world are currently going through by increasing reliance on banking services provided by the Bank’s digital channels.
