KUWAIT CITY, Feb 23: The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy has issued a cautionary notice concerning emails being circulated to customers regarding their electricity and water consumption bills. The Ministry clarified that it is not affiliated with these emails and does not provide any refund links. Customers are advised against clicking on any attached links as these messages are fraudulent and could potentially compromise their accounts.
