KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: The Ambassador of the State of Palestine Rami Tahboub says the decision to launch the Kuwaiti air bridge to provide relief to the Palestinian people is nothing but an extension of the honorable positions of this dear country towards the Palestinian people and their just national cause, and the firm support for the rights of our people to achieve their freedom and independence, and to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

In a press statement issued yesterday, Ambassador Tahboub said, “Time and time again, the State of Kuwait declares in word and deed that its relationship with Palestine is an organic relationship with its roots in the earth and its branches in the sky.” He expressed his appreciation and gratitude to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf, and the government and people of the State of Kuwait for their role in helping the Palestinian people who are being subjected to genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip
