KUWAIT CITY, Dec 6: The rains that fell at dawn on Sunday caused the flooding and congestion on a number of streets and roads. The weather forecast monitor at the Meteorological Department, Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, said that in the coming days the weather will be moderate during days and cold in the nights with an opportunity for fog to form in some areas as northwesterly winds will fluctuate from light to moderate speed.
The minimum temperatures will range between 11 and 13 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperatures between 20 and 23 degrees Celsius.
