KUWAIT CITY, Oct 10: The Meteorological Department has forecasted that the weather over the weekend will be generally hot during the day and moderate at night. Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, Director of the Department, informed KUNA that the country is under the influence of a weak low-pressure system, accompanied by a hot and relatively humid air mass with southeasterly to variable winds. These winds will be light to moderate, and there is a possibility of reduced horizontal visibility due to fog during the evening and early morning hours.

Al-Qarawi noted that Thursday’s weather will be relatively hot and humid, especially in coastal areas, with southeasterly winds blowing at a light to moderate speed of 8 to 26 kilometers per hour. Maximum temperatures are expected to range from 37 to 39 degrees Celsius, while the sea conditions will be light to moderate, with wave heights between 1 and 3 feet.

Tonight's weather is predicted to be hot to moderate and relatively humid in coastal areas, with southeasterly to variable winds at a light to moderate speed of 8 to 26 km/h. There may be light fog in some areas, with minimum temperatures expected between 21 and 24 degrees Celsius. The sea will remain light to moderate, with waves between 1 and 3 feet.

On Friday, the weather is expected to be hot and relatively humid, particularly in coastal areas, with variable to southeasterly winds at a light to moderate speed of 8 to 30 km/h. Maximum temperatures are forecasted to reach between 37 and 40 degrees Celsius, while the sea will be light to moderate, with waves ranging from 2 to 5 feet.

Tomorrow night, conditions will continue to be hot to moderate and humid, with southeasterly to variable winds at a light to moderate speed of 8 to 28 km/h. There is a chance of fog and reduced visibility in some areas, with minimum temperatures anticipated between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius. The sea will again be light to moderate, with waves between 1 and 3 feet.
