KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: A 46-year-old expatriate has been taken in for questioning by detectives in connection with previous thefts.
The referral followed a report received by the Ministry of Interior's Operations department from a citizen who claimed that his wife had awakened him after sensing unusual movement inside their home. The man promptly apprehended the intruder and restrained him until the authorities arrived.
