KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: A 36-year-old Arab expatriate, filed a complaint against an unknown woman following an incident in front of a medical center parking lot in the Hawalli Governorate. According to his report, the woman verbally abused and assaulted him in public, without any apparent reason or prior interaction. The victim, surprised by the unprovoked attack, described the woman to detectives and requested surveillance footage from the area to help identify her. He subsequently went to the local police station to officially file the complaint, seeking her arrest and a confrontation over the allegations.
