KUWAIT CITY, Aril 9: Central Prison inspectors referred a woman in her forties to the Sulaibiya police station after she was caught attempting to smuggle a mobile phone to her husband, who is serving time on criminal charges. According to a security source, the woman arrived at the prison's visitation section, where a routine search by security personnel revealed a hidden mobile phone concealed in her clothing. During questioning, she admitted that her husband had requested the device and that she had intended to pass it to him. A case has been registered, and she was handed over to the police along with the confiscated phone.
