KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: An unidentified woman has filed a complaint with the Surrah Police Station accusing an unidentified person of cheating her, reports Al-Anba daily. In her complaint to the police she said the suspect promoted a product on Instagram which she fancied and ordered it. She was asked to pay the money before the delivery which cost 166 dinars.
After she paid the money she received the product but she was not satisfied because the external appearance was totally different from what it looked in the picture and also the country of manufacture was not mentioned. When she called the person and asked to return the money the seller refused saying it is not the company policy to receive back the product.
