KUWAIT CITY, May 28: Young men and women have signed a pledge of public modesty and respect for the feelings of others after they were caught in squalid position in a park on the seashore in the south of the country, reports Al-Rai daily.
This happened when the security men received a report that five persons had stripped their clothes almost to the point of nakedness. After the securitymen confiscated their IDs and took their to the area police station where they expressed remorse for what they had done and said they did not intend to offend anyone’s feelings. They were let go after signing the pledge not to repeat the offence
