Kuwait City, May 12: Zain was recently recognized at the American University of the Middle East (AUM) Corporate Award ceremony, held at the university’s Cultural Center in the Egaila Campus. The recognition came to shed light on Zain and AUM’s extended partnership over the years, and to highlight the company’s ongoing efforts to bolster national talents in the local private sector.

During the ceremony, HUMANSOFT Vice Chairman Tareq Al Othman awarded Zain Kuwait Corporate Relations Department Manager Hamad Al Musaibeeh in recognition of the company’s continuous support to the annual AUM Career Fair, which Zain recently sponsored with the attendance of AUM President Professor Georges Yahchouchi, PhD.

The step came in recognition of the strategic role Zain continues to play in presenting local talents with career opportunities in the private sector to foster a strong presence for the national workforce in the job market, with a focus on STEM areas and digital capacities that have become a priority in today’s markets.

The company recently sponsored AUM’s 10th Career Fair, organized by the Tawteen Career Development and Recruitment center. This year, the event featured over 50 employers from across the most vibrant industries who presented their career opportunities to fresh graduates and job seekers.

Through its dedicated booth at the career fair, Zain presented its available job vacancies, explained its internal policy, and showcased its wonderful workplace environment. Zain’s team also provided a detailed explanation of the nature of work at various departments and divisions and answered all questions and inquiries.
