KUWAIT CITY, Feb 22: Zain is teaming up with Raha, the rapidly growing logistics technology company in Kuwait. Through this collaboration, Raha’s subsidiary, Smooth Logistics, will support Zain’s logistics operations, leveraging its expertise in advanced AI-powered robotics and automation solutions to optimize storage, shipping, and delivery, ultimately enhancing customer experiences.
The partnership was officially announced at Smooth Logistics' headquarters in Al-Ardiya, attended by Zain Kuwait’s CEO Nawaf Al-Gharabally, Chief Commercial Officer Meshal Al-Kandari, Chief Enterprise Business Officer Hamad Al-Marzouq, and Raha’s Co-Founder and CEO Saleh Al-Tunaib, alongside executives and teams from both companies.
Through this collaboration, Smooth Logistics will support Zain’s logistics operations, encompassing product storage, shipping, and delivery with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. These operations will be carried out using AI-powered robotic solutions within Smooth Logistics’ state-of-the-art facility in Kuwait, which is among the most advanced in the logistics sector.

Leveraging Smooth Logistics’ pioneering capabilities and expertise, Zain will, for the first time, introduce a one-hour delivery service for most areas in Kuwait—a groundbreaking achievement in the country’s telecom sector. This service will add significant value to the online shopping experience via the Zain app and website.
Raha aims to redefine traditional warehousing with its advanced 4,000-square-meter facility, which operates entirely through robotic and automated systems and houses over 15,000 storage locations.
