Sheikh Jaber wins confidence vote
Grillers garner only 16 MPs

KUWAIT CITY: Minister of Interior Sheikh Jaber Al-Khalid Al-Sabah on Wednesday survived a no-confidence motion presented against him by 10 parliamentarians as 30 MPs restored their confidence in him when they voted against the motion, while 16 voted in favor and two abstained. Forty-eight MPs attended the session. MP Khalid Sultan bin Essa was absent as he is outside the country.
