KUWAIT, March 20 (KUNA) -- Eleven new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) were discovered in Kuwait within the last 24 hours, bringing the total of infections to 159, said the Health Ministry Friday.
Ten cases related to travel to UK from these 9 are Kuwaiti nationals and 1 from Lebanon
One case related to Kuwaiti national traveled to Switzerland
Health Ministry Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad revealed that out of the 159 in total, 22 cases recovered and 137 are still receiving treatment.
He indicated that there are five cases still in the ICU. Some 574 individuals had finished the quarantine period, he affirmed.
