KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: At a time when most roads across the country are suffering from traffic congestion especially during the peak hours, traffic accidents that took the lives of 34 victims were witnessed on several roads during the month of September, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a security source, the number of citizens who died in these traffic accidents, which varied from collision to toppling, was 14, while the number of expatriates who died was 20.Spiritual man hit:A 20-year-old youth, who was suffering from mental problems, angrily struck the head of a spiritual man who was trying to treat him inside the family home in Bayan area, which resulted in a deep head injury and required immediate surgery, reports Al-Shahed daily. When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a distress call from the youth’s father to request for an ambulance, paramedics were dispatched to the house. They took the injured man to Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital where he received several stitches on his head. During investigations, detectives discovered that the boy suffered from a mental spell and had spent days not coming out of the house, until his family decided to bring in the spiritual man to figure out what was wrong with their son. It was during the treatment session that the youth lost control and struck the head of the men with a solid object.
