KUWAIT CITY, Feb 15: Security operatives raided a den of prostitution in Abu Halifa area and arrested two women and 10 Asian men.
They were referred to concerned authorities. Meanwhile, private task officers arrested a Kuwaiti citizen in Ahmadi governorate in possession of narcotics during their routine patrol of the area. A Kuwaiti citizen involved in two financial cases worth KD 50,000 was arrested by securitymen in the Capital, along with a Jordanian expatriate with expired residence.
Also, a Filipino national who escaped from her sponsor and an Indian expatriate caught with a bottle of alcohol were taken into police custody. In an unrelated development, a 21- year old Kuwaiti died and another citizen and a Bedoun sustained injuries in a two vehicle collision on Seventh Ring Road. The injured citizen was referred for treatment and the body of the victim was deposited to Forensics.
