KUWAIT CITY, April 29: The Court of Cassation overturned a verdict that earlier acquitted three Indians of murdering a domestic worker (maid) from the Philippines, and instead, sentenced all of them to life imprisonment without a possibility of parole. The case files indicated the Public Prosecution charged the three men of first degree murder for strangling the victim to death after which they decided to dump the body. The court concluded the action of the three suspects was premeditated, and investigation proved they were actually the culprits.
