KUWAIT CITY, June 2: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have arrested three Kuwaitis for possessing and consuming drugs. The arrest came after the man behind the wheel was seen driving against the flow of traffic on the Fifth Ring Road. When the police officer was issuing a citation, he discovered the man behind the wheel and the two others in the car were in abnormal condition. The Directorate General of Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry in a statement said police found drugs in the car.
