KUWAIT CITY, April 1: In a message to students and their parents, the Indian Ambassador to Kuwait, H.E Sibi George said, “I completely understand your feelings of nervousness and anxiety. I also know very well that these are not the regular pre-examination feelings of stress. These are different caused by a few things which are beyond your control.”
“First and foremost, let me tell you this,” he said, “Please do not, I repeat, do not worry about these extraneous factors. Leave your worries and anxieties to us. Between your Embassy, CBSE and the Management and Principals of our schools, we will do everything that is humanly possible to address your concern. In this regard, we are working very closely with the Kuwaiti authorities.” He said the issue was discussed during the Open House, during which he heard from many parents and teachers the tension and worries of uncertainty about the final examinations this year.
“My message to you today is that you put your worries aside and concentrate on your studies at this crucial time. As a parent, I know how important this time is for you students, especially for those studying in Grade 12. Do not lose focus at this stage,” he said. “Let me assure you once again that your embassy along with the Kuwaiti authorities, CBSE and the Management and Principals of our schools will try their best to ensure that your examinations are conducted in the most normal and safe environment possible,” the Indian envoy said.
